Looking out my window to see the neighborhood of snow.
Adding new things to my walls.
Playing Laser Tag for the first time.
Writing assignments for creative writing.
Being called gorgeous by a boy.
Having heart to hearts with girlfriends who I suspect will soon become dearer than I'd realized.
Smearing Pencil Lines.

Texting a friend.
Getting recognized on Instagram.
Having a really good hair day.
A cup of tea on a cold day.

I feel like I'm growing.
The small things in life that keep me going. Perhaps other people would take them for granted. I adore the small moments, where I can simply watch my fingers instinctively gracefully grasp and balance a brush, whether makeup or artistic. Where I can sip tea and read a good book. Where I can text a friend about our respective days. Where I can have chats with Carrie.
Some things have been coming up. Some hard. Some not-so-hard and others I-need-to-write-this-down-so-I-can-laugh-later moments.
Hope you're all doing well, whoever you are.
